Brent Council's Registration & Nationality Directorate commissioned Video Magic to produce a short film to celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of the Inaugural Citizen Ceremony. This film was shot using 3 cameras, where 17 new citizens were awarded their citizenship in a colourful event attended by the Mayor of Brent, Councillors, Ministers, friends and family as well as students from the new Capital City Academy in Harlesden.
